Construction Superintendent - Data Center

Reputable nationally known general contractor with a diverse portfolio of complex commercial/industrial projects actively seeking Superintendents to lead their mission critical, data center, food & beverage processing, advanced manufacturing projects through to completion.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing ground up data centers, mission critical, or other complex MEP-driven builds and will be responsible for an assigned construction project site with a focus on safety, quality, budget and schedule.Select ResponsibilitiesImplement all safety policies and quality programs, ensuring strong performance on safety auditsManage the activities of subcontractors, vendors and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activityPlan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controlsIdentify and report problems or deficiencies to the Project ManagerDocument on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirementsReview change orders with the Project Manager prior to executionMiscellaneous purchases with Project Managers approvalReview subcontract agreementsMaintain strict control over the budget for each work activityCoordinate receipt of and inventory of all owner supplied materialsAssist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project ManagerCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSExperience with data center, mission critical, complex manufacturing or other MEP driven project types.A minimum of five (5) years of construction experience as a Superintendent.The capability of maintaining and following a Critical Path project scheduleA thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications and related itemsGeneral computer skills, willingness to expand the use of new technologies for scheduling and reportsWHATS ON OFFERCompetitive SalaryProject Based BonusesEmployee Stock PlanPTOMedical BenefitsCompany VehicleGSA Per Diem (if traveling)Comprehensive Compensation Package
