Company Background: Pacon Manufacturing Corporation is a 75 year old, family owned business that excels at providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer service resulting in strong and long-lasting partner relationships with its customers. Pacon is a Development Partner and Custom Manufacturer of Wipes, Pads, Towels and Liquids for Consumer, Industrial and Medical IndustriesPosition Summary: Project Manager is a critical position in Pacon maintaining its competitive position and customer relationships. This person is responsible for managing and growing new customers from business development through the mature customer stage.Key Duties and Responsibilities: ·       Serve as the link of communication between new customers and internal teams·       Be the voice of the customer within Pacon, while also representing Pacon's best interests to the customer·       Manage the new product/new customer process from concept to start up and through initial year of production·       Manage price lists to the customers·       Quote new products to the customer·       Be point person for any issues that develop with service levels or products·       Work with other Pacon teams and employees to address customer needs, projects or opportunitiesGeneral Education and Background Requirements:Required ·       Five years of key account management and/or business development experience (B2B essential)·       Excellent communication skills·       Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)·       Self-starter, pro-activePreferred·       Knowledge of non-woven industry·       Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods Industries
