From initial ground-breaking to final inspection, you will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, supervising subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines.Coordinate job site activities, including managing subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulations on every project site.Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and report to the Project Manager on the status of the job.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards.Ensure effective communication between all parties"”clients, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors"”to keep projects moving forward smoothly.Oversee project documentation, including daily logs, timekeeping, and change orders.Maintain a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious work environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare or medical facility projects.Demonstrated experience managing the construction of healthcare facilities such as hospitals, medical offices, and clinics.Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, codes, and regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to manage teams and communicate effectively.Knowledge of construction management software and project scheduling tools.OSHA 30-hour certification and other relevant safety certifications preferred.A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary between $95,000 and $125,000 per year, depending on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
