About to CompanyOur client is a leading multifamily developer and general contractor based in Farmington, specializing in the development of high-quality, mid-rise residential communities. They seek an experienced Project Manager, due to business growth and project backlog. They focus on projects typically range from $30M to $65M, featuring wood-frame construction, 3+ story buildings.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects. This role requires expertise in wood-frame construction, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced development environment.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with developers, architects, and engineers to refine project scope and design.Assist in budgeting, estimating, and contract negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting requirements.Oversee wood-frame multifamily construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Maintain project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.Lead subcontractor and supplier coordination, ensuring efficient workflow and timely material procurement.Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to uphold high construction standards.Serve as the primary liaison between owners, design teams, subcontractors, and city officials.Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and investors.Lead project meetings, fostering collaboration and problem-solving among all stakeholders.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in multifamily residential construction, with expertise in wood-frame, mid-rise buildings.Proven track record managing ground up projects, over $20M in value.Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Compensation & Benefit InformationCompetitive salary between $110,000 - $135,000, dependent on experienceYearly bonus, typically between 10-15% of base salaryMonthly Car Allowance, $500/monthMonthly Cell Phone Allowance, $85/monthBlue Cross Medical and Vision Insurance, multiple PPO OptionsHSA and FSA options with company reimbursement401k Plan, with match of 3%15 Days of Paid Time Off, progressive structure based on tenure, up to 25 Days/year11 Paid Holidays, 20 days after 2 years of serviceLife Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability
