Looking for a Project Coordinator to support construction projects in the San Francisco area. The Project Coordinator will support the General Foreman.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and retrieve job information from Customer's work management systemEvaluate work types to assist Project Managers and Superintendents in scheduling work to crewsPrint work packages and update master schedule filesCollect completed paperwork and photos from field crews and submit As-builts to CustomerTrack data and upload completed work package in Customer's work management systemPerform timely one-call notifications for scheduled workArrange and coordinate traffic control support for crewsSubmit power line clearance requests in conjunction with work requirementsRemove roadblocks in support of crewsSupport Project Managers in planning, execution, close-out, and invoicing of assigned workQualificationsMinimum:Ability to travel from office to worksite 1 to 2 days weeklyData entry capabilities with speed and accuracyAttention to detail and ability to multi-taskPrioritize and plan work activities and use time efficientlyCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to work four 10-hour days, Monday - Thursday.Desired:Experience with similar duties a plusTrack record of continuous process improvementExcellent Benefits!Project coordination, power, construction, as-builts, close-out, scheduling, invoicing, job paperwork
