Solutions Architect

Our client, an investment firm started by an industry veteran with a strong history of building and running insurance companies, is looking for a Solutions Architect (Business Analysis Manager). This role will function as a consultant to 24 different operating companies and work with executive leadership to better understand their business and technical needs, problem solve issues that can further enhance revenue and/or mitigate costs, and then build a road map to implement those solutions using inhouse or outside resources.The Solutions Architect (Business Analysis Manager) is a difference maker operating at all levels of our organization. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and solving business challenges to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve competitive differentiation. Responsible for analyzing and solving business problems, through process improvement and/or leveraging technology as appropriate. This involves counseling business areas in executing process change and coordinating cross-functional project teams executing technology projects.Under general direction, plans and performs analysis of business processes and guides their subsequent improvement utilizing both automated and manual resources as appropriate. Analyzes, interprets, and makes recommendations in the form of formal proposals and/or presentations. Understands and develops cost-benefit information for proposals.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree RequiredSQL database management and report development experience required; VBA, XML and/or Salesforce a plus8+ years experience; Management experience requiredSystems implementation or insurance experience a plusThe company offers full benefits (medical/dental/vision) and 401k. The role is onsite in their Dallas location. Target compensation is up to $135k base plus bonus opportunity.
