Construction Project Manager

Our client is a growing general contractor in the Madison area that specializes in both commercial and industrial projects. Theyre looking for an experienced Project Manager that has experience working on large construction projects ($25+ million).Responsibilities:Provide on-site leadership and supervision to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.Oversee and manage all daily construction activities, including coordination with subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on the construction site.Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.Complete large projects in the commercial and industrial spaces ($25+ million)Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other construction-related personnel to ensure efficient workflow.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry working on large projects ($20+ million).Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
