Here is a sample of what you'll do:Manage multiple projects by coordinating workload across multiple teams.Utilize a change management system to ensure cross-functional coordination and success.Oversee a complex project portfolio and willing to dive into the unknown Lead the team to achieve on-time delivery and resolve issues.Jump into the fray to get things done and expedite project completion.Take the initiative and identify how projects will impact the company. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and provide them with program/project updates and recommendations.· Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability in compliance with current application development and enterprise standards. Ensure integration between business process requirements, current application environment and vendor software.· Define and manage the scope of projects and management expectations. · Oversee detailed Zoho project schedules.· Monitor and manage project quality to ensure project deliverables are acceptable.· Support projects related to new initiatives as well as projects operational in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, operational maintenance and support for existing applications and systems.· Create documentation procedures to capture and deal with changes in the original project plan.
