Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.Communicate, manage, and work as a team player.Ensure that team and subcontractor is fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards, with ability to correct and comply with safety protocols.Read and understand pool blueprints/plans thoroughly.Confidently lay out pool according to plans, to ensure accurate measurements.Read and understand rebar drawings and placement.Set batter boards, and reference points for finish wall, back wall, gutters, and setback for Shotcrete.Install stairs, benches, radius points, and recessed steps.Operate Excavator, Skid Steer & Forklift Equipment.Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.Perform duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.Walk projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean, safe, and organized manner.Perform pipe pressure testing safely.Calculate concrete, gravel and backfill.Set and install skimmers, light niches, block anchors, dive board anchors, handrail accessories, etc.Required Qualifications:Valid Driver's LicenseOSHA 30 CertificationPass background and drug screeningTravel out of town, by vehicle, flying or other means of transportationWork Weekends or extended hours if necessaryAbility to lift 50lbsDemonstrate strong customer service skills and establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships.Adhere to PCA Core ValuesPreferred Experience:Pool Construction ExperienceCPR CertificationCPO
