Project Manager- Infrastructure

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record within the Heavy Civil construction sector?CSG are partnered with a top 10 ENR ranked Colorado construction general contractor, who are rapidly expanding their infrastructure division with a number of outstanding projects in the areas of Transportation, Water/Wastewater and Land Development.Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager local to Denver, Colorado to be responsible for a number of key infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor the progress of construction work, resolve any issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.Conduct risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in civil construction.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction techniques, and building codes.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar tools).Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
