The position will have the support of an experienced team.Sun Country works hard to cultivate a culture of employee self-management. Depending on the skill set offered by a candidate, the position will have the potential of increasing responsibility. The successful candidate will be well-organized and well-presented, with excellent organizational and management skills and the ability to work well with the entire group of people involved in a multi-family development project, including the project owner, subcontractors, municipal representatives, on-site staff, and so on.Qualifications:A minimum of five years of experience in multi-family construction or a related field.Proficient with construction management and scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel and Word.Team player, professional, respectful and courteous, and able to manage others while building a team atmosphere.Strong organizational skills.Detail-oriented.Critical thinker, problem solver.Committed to meeting milestones and deadlines.Strong plan interpretation skills.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to follow both written and verbal direction.Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.Valid drivers' license and a dependable vehicle along with proof of automobile liability insurance.US work authorization will be required.Responsibilities:Coordinate, oversee and schedule all aspects of construction, from planning to implementation to completion.Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsWork smoothly and effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subs, city and county officials, and so on.Ensure that the requirements of the project plans are met.Maintain high standards of workmanship.Lead and manage the on-site construction team.Maintain comprehensive project records including daily field reports, field orders and RFIsEnsure quality standards are met.Coordinate weekly onsite safety meetings, and ensure company and industry safety standards are enforced on-site at all times.Hold weekly on-site scheduling meetings with tradesWe offer a competitive salary, compensation/ benefits package and an excellent and supportive work environment.
