Full job descriptionWe are the Exterior Specialist of residential & commercial Retail and Insurance restoration sales of roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales professional who is eager to learn and grow in their sales career. This isn't a typical 9-5 job, although it's flexible, some evenings are necessary. We search for people that stay organized and communicate well with their team and clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that rewards performance with competitive commissions, bonuses, and recognition.Job DescriptionsIn the field, meeting homeowners, and conducting Roofing, Siding, Window, and gutter inspections for retail and insurance claims.Thorough training on all sales processes, products & services, and insurance claims processes.Managing your own schedule gives you autonomy in the role. Most days you will spend your morning in the office and afternoon/evening in the field during your 90-day trial period.Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and building business-to-business relationships.Write estimates, provide, follow up, and close the sale with clients.Utilize modern sales tools to increase efficiency.Meet or exceed Sales expectations by generating leads and setting appointments.Participate in Sales meetings, contests, and company outings where you will grow with your team and the industry.QualificationsPrevious sales and/or construction experience of 2 years.Open-minded to taking challenges head-on with sales, prospecting, and insurance claims combined with working outdoors.Optimistic mindset that excels with communication and time management skills.Valid Drivers License, ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift up to 40 lbs.BenefitsThe base salary is $36 - $46K per year, plus commission based on experience.High Earning Potential and Competitive Commission Structure.Monthly and Annual contestsCompany tablet providedGrowth opportunity into management.Earn a company vehicle and annual company trip when sales goal is met2 Weeks PTOHealthcare and phone reimbursementPotential options for 2 Tiers of the position at 60 days.Check out the fun were having on our Facebook pageJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:Eden Prairie, MN 55346: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: On the road
