As an AISC Certified Fabricator and Erector, we are dedicated to excellence in our field.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Project manager at VM Iron Works. The PM will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects in the structural steel and miscellaneous metals field.QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metalsKnowledge of blueprints, drawings, and specificationsProficiency in estimating software and spreadsheets including Tekla & BluebeamStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExperience in the construction industry is a plusBachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
