CCAR - Stress Testing Analyst

Role: Regulatory Reporting & Stress TestingLocation: Long Island City, NY or Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL (Hybrid)Duration: 12 Month Contract (Possible Extension or Hire)QUALIFICATIONS:• 10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.• In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports along with exposure to Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting and stress testing frameworks like CCAR.• Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.• Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.• Strategic mindset, ability to plan ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.• Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.Pay Range: $80 - $95/hour on W2The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
