Construction Project Manager

Project ManagerCSP is partnering with a reputable commercial drywall contractor built upon a family tradition of building relationships and providing quality interior finishes. We provide services throughout the DMV area and Raleigh, North Carolina. Our projects range across a variety of industries including life sciences, healthcare, law, government, and technology, which primarily consist of tenant fit-outs and interior renovations.Position Summary: You will manage all project work while building excellent lasting relationships with our customers. The PM will manage the project from hand-off to completion.Responsibilities:Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, including the management of personnel on projectsAttend on site project meetings with clients as requiredProcess RFI's, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Daily Job Reports and other required formsRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsOversee all phases to ensure routine actions of the jobMake certain work is being built in accordance with contract documentsEnsure material coordination and correctness with Supers and othersImplement contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costsOversee/manage material, equipment, contracts, and budgetsMaintain understanding of all local, city, and state building codes in assigned locationsContinuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product linesEnsure all are committed to safety and qualityOther duties as assignedQualifications:Preferred - experience working in commercial drywall tradeKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costsAbility to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsAbility to lead with customer service and schedules in mind
