Sr. Project Manager/Program ManagerClient: Large Insurance CompanyHybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC - 3-4x/week onsite 6+ month contract, potential to extend/convert **W2 contract opportunity - no C2CThis Senior Project/Program Manager will support continued divestiture activities and oversee multiple workstreams. Hold meetings, stay on top of project plans, produce materials to leadership and lead from a strategic standpoint. This is an ambiguous position, as they are building their PMO up from the ground.Requirements:7+ years experience in Project/Program Management Ability to drive large programs across multiple workstreamsAgile SmartSheets, MS Project Project planning, scope management, process improvementRisk & issue management Manage project financials/budgetsStakeholder management Strong problem solving, time management and critical thinking skillsStrong leadership skills - capable of making strategic decisionsFacilitate large meetings, present weekly status reports to executive leadership Desired Skills (not required):Merger, Divestiture experience Financial Services industry Azure, CloudWorkday
