Senior Project Manager - Data Centers

Our client is a worldwide leader in hyperscale data center solutions, providing scalable, high-performance infrastructure to meet the most demanding cloud and enterprise requirements.As they continue to grow, my client is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join their team in Northern California. This individual will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end construction lifecycle of hyperscale and BTS data centers, from pre-construction to final handover.Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Coordinate with internal teams, general contractors, and key stakeholders to drive project success.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Solve complex construction challenges and implement best practices in tilt-up shell and large-scale facility development.Lead cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with business and client objectives.Ideal Candidate Profile:5 - 10 years of experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical construction project management.Strong background in tilt-up shell construction, large-scale site development, and core infrastructure builds.Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management.Experience working with hyperscale clients, cloud providers, or large enterprise data centers is a plus.
