You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.What You'll DoManage ground-up construction projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.Lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence.What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum of 5 years of project Superintendent experience with a focus on ground-up construction.Expertise: A well-rounded knowledge of all construction disciplines, including site development, structural, MEP systems, and finishes.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.To apply, email your resume and a Project list to Ryanw@. or call Ryan 623-910-5786 Ground Up Careers is an equal opportunity employer!!
