Our mission is to meet the urgent need for innovative approaches that improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and ultimately save lives.The RoleWe are seeking new team members in the role of Sr Program Manager to expand our ability to honor every donor organ by transforming the future of medicine together. The Sr Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the company's growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with the COO and cross-functional leadership teams to define project goals, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You'll also be responsible for mentoring junior project managers, optimizing workflows, and improving the overall program/project management processes across the organization. This role requires a seasoned program/project management professional who can manage complex, high-visibility initiatives, navigate challenges, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ability to pivot quickly when priorities change and to remain calm under pressure.Technical Skill RequirementsExpertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and a deep understanding of project tracking, resource allocation, and reporting.Strong understanding of PMBOK and PgMP methodologies and knowledge areas.ResponsibilitiesLead large, complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy, scope, and objectives. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Work with the COO and other senior leaders to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines. Ensure projects align with broader company goals and priorities.Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively. Make data-driven decisions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Lead and coordinate teams across multiple departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to ensure smooth project execution. Align stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams with diverse objectives.Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure that risks are managed and communicated effectively to stakeholders.Provide regular, detailed updates to the COO and other senior leaders on project status, performance, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and present reports that clearly communicate progress, insights, and key metrics.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are set clearly and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Address and resolve any issues that arise.Create high-level presentations and project summaries for board meetings, investor updates, and senior leadership discussions.Mentor and guide junior project managers, providing support in their professional development and ensuring the overall success of their projects.Continuously assess and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization.Lead post-project evaluations to gather feedback, identify areas of improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.Continuously look for ways to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and streamline processes across the business. Implement automation and other solutions that improve project delivery.As the company grows, take the lead in scaling operations, ensuring that project management frameworks and tools evolve to support the businesss changing needs.QualificationsPreferred: PMP, PgMP, Certified ScrumMaster or similar.Accepted: B.S. or M.S. in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of project management experience, at least 2-3 years in management consulting role, startup or high-growth environment, while working and mentoring junior project managers.Compensation, Benefits, and Diversity CommitmentOur compensation structure includes a base and semi-annual bonus. The range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 annually. Revalia Bio operates a growth culture focused on High Performance Teams and individual personal development.
