One of Wripple's clients, a global airlines company, is looking for a Channel Enablement Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of projects across email marketing, social, and paid media channels for integrated marketing initiatives.In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal client teams and external agency partners to execute a wide range of large-scale Marketing Campaigns, from email journeys, omnichannel campaigns, and more.You'll partner with Creative and Initiative Project Managers, and Marketing Strategists to provide a deep understanding of all project requirements, schedules, and dependencies to fully support the teams that execute the work. Specific tasks include partnering with strategists on brief development and timelines, advising on scope feasibility, skillfully negotiating sensitive deadlines, acting as a key point of contact for inter-departmental stakeholders, and supporting the initiative team's needs. This person will report to the Manager, PMO, and work collaboratively with the entire department across the Commercial; Brand; and Strategy, Planning, and Operations organizations. Your contributions will play a vital role in driving successful marketing initiatives.This position starts as a 40 hour/week contract position for approximately 12 months with the potential to extend for the right fit. This resource must be located in the ATLANTA Metro area and open to hybrid onsite (2-3 days/week).ResponsibilitiesCreating and maintaining project plans with cross-team dependencies within project management tool, Workfront. Includes identifying key elements/deliverables, and plotting out an overarching project plan in close collaboration/partnership with the strategy lead and program sponsor for each supported initiativeKeeping a high-level understanding of the full initiative scope and program roadmapConnecting the dots to ensure the right internal and inter-departmental stakeholders are present for the right discussions and decision points to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, approvals processes, outcomes, and beyond.Look for efficiencies in timeline through cross-collaboration with the Creative and Channel Enablement Project ManagersEnsure external agency work is accounted for and represented in the project planEscalate and work to mitigate risksKeep Integrated Operations leaders and peers informed on team bandwidth issuesAct as the strategy lead's right hand, including but not limited to leading integrated status calls, curating action items and recaps, building relationships, maintaining and communicating timelines, and escalating risks/issuesQualifications4-6+ years of proven project management and/or account management experience in an agency or in-house settingMust have experience and knowledge using project management tools, preferably Workfront Be willing to work in a hybrid on-site and work from home settingAbility to operate in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environmentSelf-starter, hungry to learn processes quickly Adaptable and flexible to try things and do what is needed to help the team Understanding of generally how long marketing processes take, including but not limited to omni-channel campaigns, event activations, and email journeysKnowledge in digital, retail, or loyalty marketing a plus ABOUT WRIPPLE:Wripple is the first Agency Services Platform that connects clients with independent talent to create teams that thrive in an on-demand world.
