This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design projects from conceptual development to construction completion.Independently manage key projects, ensuring seamless communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and municipal staff.Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while meeting billing goals.Oversee project consultants, including civil engineers, irrigation designers, and structural engineers.Prepare design documents in accordance with industry and company standards.Sign and seal design plans, ensuring high-quality, inspiring work.What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & AttributesStrong communication and leadership skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Thorough knowledge of local building codes, legal requirements, and design standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of construction methods and the building process.QualificationsLicense: Florida State Landscape Architecture License (Preferred).Experience: 5-10 years in design, project management, and estimating.Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field (Preferred).Experience managing high-end residential and commercial landscape design projects is a plus.Additional InformationJob Type: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | In-Person (Not Remote)Location: Naples, FL 34110 (Relocation required before start date)Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per yearBenefits401(k) with matchingHealth, dental, and life insuranceFlexible schedule & paid time offEmployee assistance programProfessional development assistanceReferral programIf you're a motivated and experienced landscape architecture professional eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!Apply today and be part of shaping Florida's most prestigious outdoor spaces!
