We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to lead our sales team in a fast-paced staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key ***** Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency revenue targets and growth objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team skills. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to establish new business relationships. Sales Operations Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and candidate placement strategies. Work closely with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that meet both client needs and agency profitability. Close sales effectively and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to the recruitment team. ***** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in the staffing and recruiting industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Preferred ***** Knowledge of various industries and job markets.
