Whippy streamlines communication, seamlessly replacing multiple tools, and empowers businesses to maximize efficiency and growth.Whippy is seeking an all-star Sales Development Rep who thrives on high call volume, is resilient in the face of rejection, and excels in discovery, to join our dynamic team.⚡ What youll doOwn the sales cycle from qualifying the lead to setting up a demo for our AEs.Conduct outbound sales across mediums such as cold calling, email outreach, Linkedin prospecting etc.Manage a pipeline of active leads and utilize CRM (Hubspot)Willing to refine sales messaging & strategies to achieve sales initiativesCrush monthly Quotas🎯 What were looking for1+ years doing outbound sales utilizing sales enablement softwaresProven experience doing a high number of daily cold calls (both office & mobile)Created & conducted sales sequences including copy & testingExtremely entrepreneurial given you would be an early sales hireStrong desire to move towards a full cycle role and close dealsWant to work with a small team in an agile & scrappy startup environmentDo not need to be micro managed and can, when needed, figure things out on your ownExcellent written and verbal communication skills🙌 What we offerOTE for this position is $60K-$75K/year based on experienceClear path to a closing role > SMB Account ExecutiveMeaningful equity in a growing company (you are getting in on the ground floor)Opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership in a highly disruptive productWorking hands-on with serial entrepreneurs who have created $100M+ valued companies🌎 Where youll workThis position is 2 days in Culver City, 2 days in West Hollywood & Fridays remote💌How to applyEmail your resume & cover letter to use Subject ***** Sales Development Rep (Linkedin)
