Account Manager

24 Seven is partnering with a well-known company to help them find an Account Manager to join their team in Scottsdale, Arizona. You will be working a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days a week in office. This is a fulltime, direct hire opportunity that comes with excellent benefits. Ideal ** will have at least 2 years of account management experience with a background in the apparel industry. Experience using Zedonk for generating orders and POs is a huge plus. Job *We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our clients growing team where they will work alongside their Brand Manager to help manage all US clients onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. **** • Daily communication with clients to maintain high levels of service and quality for the brand• Handle Client enquiries - working cross-functionally with departments to service needs• Make regular enquiries with clients about performance and stock levels of uniforms• Generate new and repeat orders from existing client base• Budgets and costings relating to ready-to-wear ranges and bespoke• Work with clients on repeat orders, finalizing quotes and obtaining purchase orders• Ensure prices and minimums are accurate on quotes and client POs received• Work closely with production to monitor delivery dates to manage client expectations• Co-ordinate measuring/fittings sessions with clients• Generate customer orders and delivery notes in specialist software• Consolidate client orders for delivery - working with the Finance team on invoicing clients on dispatched goods• Create Commercial invoices for shipments to clients- including international shipping quotes • Ship client orders/samples to clients as needed, along with the Production & Tech team• Ensure client price lists are reviewed annually for each client• Ensure clients have accurate care guides for all products• Assist with On-site installations of uniform collections - International and Domestic*****• 2+ years of relevant work experience• Background in the apparel industry• Skilled in using Zedonk (tool for generating orders and POs)• Understanding of the garment and hospitality industries • Ability to carry out client meetings & presentations • Able to travel - Local & international
