Test Lead - IVR R2

TEST LEADS ONLY PLEASE - IVR EXPERIENCE REQUIREDWe have an emergent need for a Project Level Test Lead for the IVR R2 project.Hybrid Roles - Can be working out of Merrillville, IN OR Columbus, OH***** 10+ months with possibility of longer term extensionsPay ***** $75/hr - $82/hr on W2No C2C, H1B, 1099, TN Visa, F1 - CPT or OPT at this time.Must be able to work directly on our W2 with no 3rd party involved.If interested, please email your resume to grace.johnson@Required7 - 10 years testing experience with 3 - 5 years' experience leading a team of testersNuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing roleExperience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest - must haveExperience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) - nice to haveUtilities industry experience - nice to have but highly preferred.Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skillsPMP and other test technology certifications - nice to haveExperience with Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
