This position offers hands-on involvement in mechanical and electrical design, system integration, prototyping, and quality control, helping to bring innovative solutions to market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering projects from concept to production.Develop designs using SolidWorks (must be proficient).Perform mechanical and electrical design, including combustion system integration.Support factory operations, troubleshooting, and quality control.Collaborate with vendors to ensure best-in-class components and materials.Prototype development and hands-on testing of new designs.Assist in PLC programming and automation projects.What We're Looking For✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).✅ 4-10 years of engineering experience, ideally in industrial machinery, foodservice equipment, or sheet metal fabrication.✅ SolidWorks proficiency (required).✅ Experience with NPD, NPI, and design for manufacturing (DFM).✅ Understanding of combustion systems and related engineering principles.✅ Quality control experience (ability to perform QC checks on finished products).✅ Project management skills- ability to drive projects to completion.✅ Experience with sheet metal, PLC programming, and electrical design is a plus.Interview ProcessPhone screen with HR.Onsite interview with leadership team (engineering, operations, and executive leadership).If youre looking for a dynamic, hands-on role in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and employee growth, apply today!
