We provide services in the field of industrial technology including Electrical & Instrumentation, Industrial Ethernet, Cyber-security, Automation Integration, and Data Visualization & Analytics, in addition to backing each department with a strong field maintenance support team.About the Role - Pengcorp is seeking a responsible and dedicated OT Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist with extensive experience in operational technology infrastructures and open to a variety of challenges with both computing and networking systems. Reporting to the Director of Operational Technology and Cybersecurity Engineering Services, successful candidates will be responsible for:Assessing and maintaining OT/IT Infrastructures including networks, servers, virtualization, and wirelessInterpreting, understanding, and reviewing physical and logical diagrams, existing statistics, and installed assetsBringing projects above and beyond alignment with standards and regulations (IE CSA Z246.1, ISA 62443, NERC-CIP, NIST SP 800-82, ISO27000) while also considering user/field experience, client requirements and specifications, and installed assetsPerforming system gap analyses, including technology assessment as needed, as well as road mapping upgrades for computing and network systemsSupporting, implementing, testing, and validating computing and network system upgrades and improvementsExpand logging and visibility to cover "blind spots" within the fleet OT networks, based on risk and NERC CIP-003 requirementsMonitor, tune and respond to events within OT monitoring tools and SIEM and complete OT Vulnerability assessments and monitoringImproving and maintaining user and remote access controls (i.e., Active Directory, F5, TACACS)Establishing and maintaining strong cyber-security in System Architecture, performance improvement, Virtualization system infrastructure, directories, and physical and logical cyber-securityTaking ownership of tasks assigned and independently working to create operational excellence and proactively handling assignments or responding to client requirements or needsPerform remote or on-site troubleshooting, testing, validating, and commissioningQualificationsThe successful candidate will have several of the following qualifications:5+ Years of Experience in Oil & Gas or Power UtilitiesB.SC. Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant degreesCertified in at least two of the following: VMware (DCV, DM. VCAP DCD preferred,) Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE preferred,) NetApp (NCDA, NCIE-DP Preferred,) or Microsoft Systems (MCTS/MCSA, MCSE Preferred or equivalent Azure qualifications)Veeam and/or Acronis Certification is a strong assetFamiliar with cybersecurity standards and regulations (i.e.: CSA Z246.1, ISA 62443, ISO27000, and NIST S9800-28)Familiar with Cisco, EMC DELL, Unix/Linux. Microsoft, VMware, Palo AltoExperience with NetApp, Dell, HPE, Juniper, Solar Winds would be a strong assetExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skillsExcellent analytical and time management skills
