Please ***** We are only accepting applicants from North Carolina. ** BGA Failure Analysis Technician** Durham, NC***** $24/hour** 2+ years of experience within an Electronics Tech or relevant role, troubleshooting root cause and failure analysis.** Associates Degree or Higher in Electronics Technology, or equivalent discipline***** Full-time; Contract***** Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Greene Resources is seeking a BGA Failure Analysis Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!Job **Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system malfunctions at multiple levels for customer devices.Analyze circuits and topologies to pinpoint root causes of performance issues or failures.Lead recovery efforts and repairs for failing devices, ensuring optimal functionality.Develop, maintain, and enhance troubleshooting processes and solutions.Collaborate with engineering teams to assess data trends and recommend process or product improvements.Provide valuable insights to drive continuous enhancements.Support the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures, and test programs.Assist with cross-training initiatives and refine Failure Analysis Procedures for improved efficiency.Position **Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, and board layouts.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting both analog and digital circuits.Skilled in using testing and measuring tools such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, and benchtop power supplies.Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques.Familiarity with device and test station maintenance.Self-motivated, energetic, and highly responsible.Excellent verbal, written, and customer-facing communication skills.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined in execution.Greene Resources does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
