Assist in the creation and maintenance of service and installation manuals.2. Provide on-site technical support to our business partners and their local contractors as needed. This will include trouble shooting, preconstruction visits, cover inspections, and factory commissioning.3. Provide remote technical support.4. Provide internal and external product applications support to our partners and sales team.5. Provide product specific service and installation training. Such trainings may include but are not limited to the following **Traditional residential split ** gas, heat pump, and electric.Single phase and three phase VRF equipmentAir to water equipment including hydronic heating and modular chillers6. Assist our sales team with technical questions and or related issues as needed.This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.Qualifications and RequirementsSTEM degree or equivalent experience5+ years directly related applied HVAC experienceProficiency with MS Word, MS Power Point, Excel, and AdobeStrong HVAC service and installation experienceHVAC construction backgroundCentralized/BMS controls experience is a plusRequirementsMust be a strong and effective communicatorAbility to complete projects within targeted deadlineSelf-motivatedStrong organizational skillsTravel up to 60% may be required at times.Strong time management skillsFlexibilityMidea America Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
