***** 12-24 monthsWe are looking for a self-motivated Customer Debug Engineer interested in working with Clients latest cutting-edge technology in the gaming and client product segment.THE **As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for the *Working knowledge of Graphics, Media, Power Management, PCIe related debug related processesExperience working across internal and customer teams to drive problems to resolutionCollaboration with Client global teams to understand and reproduce customer issuesDemonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills with external customer/partner contactsUtilizing debug tools (e.g. WinDbg, hardware debug tools, etc.) to narrow down and root cause customer failuresKEY *Triage and debug customer related observations, communicate needed information to internal dev/pm stakeholders, and ensure workSupport the resolution of sophisticated, novel, and non-recurring problemsEngage external engineering partners in joint debug sessionsSupport design, validation, and architecture teams for content coverage, validation, and debugging Identify and plan product improvement activities to reduce cost, improve yield and resolve quality issuesREQUIRED *5 to 10 years of experience actively debugging and managing silicon product Windows issues.Experience inclusive of any of the following *Memory functional and protocol validation and/or debug.Graphics (or other kernel driver) experience.Windows power management sub-system.Experience with post silicon validation methodologiesExperience of developing programming languages such as Python scriptsExperience with Windows debug tools - WPR/ETL, WinDbgExperience managing issue resolution forumsACADEMIC *Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent experienceRecruiter *** Megha Arora***** meghaa@Internal ***** 25-31932
