Executive Recruiter - EngineeringThe Executive Recruiter - Engineering is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing top engineering talent while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with expertise in the engineering industry, recruitment strategies, and business development. The Executive Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and industry professionals to meet hiring needs and drive revenue growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & **Source, screen, and place highly skilled engineering professionals in direct hire positions.Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Conduct targeted outreach and networking to build a robust pipeline of engineering candidates.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.Leverage market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide insights and improve recruitment strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to execute business development initiatives and expand the engineering recruitment practice.Achieve individual and team revenue and placement goals by driving new business and fostering existing client partnerships.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions.Provide career counseling and coaching to engineering professionals.Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as required.MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE *Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering or technical staffing.Strong background in direct hire placement and executive search.Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES ****Deep understanding of engineering disciplines and technical recruitment best practices.Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to client needs.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.This role requires a dynamic recruiter who can balance business development, talent acquisition, and client relationship management while driving results in the engineering industry.
