Learn more about us at /company/about-us.Bancoli is seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Engineering with a focus on AI-driven engineering to lead our efforts in revolutionizing the global, digital-first financial system. As a key member of our tribe, youll drive software development and with cutting-edge solutions supported by AI that continue to continue our mission of providing international value-moving products such as our price predictive ad serving engine and our payments systems across two products.Responsibilities:While the primary focus is Bancoli, this role will be responsible for Arative's Suite of Products, including Bancoli, the Sulvo Machine Learning Price Prediction Engine, and AdserverLead the development of financial platforms that include FIAT and crypto integrations and specifically crypto walletsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven software development capabilities into our existing systemsDesign and implement scalable AI-driven architectures that align with Bancolis vision of a frictionless, secure financial ecosystemInstill AI-driven backend development throughout the entire organizationStay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, ensuring Bancoli remains at the forefront of AI innovation in fintechMentor and develop the AI-driven engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learningThis is a technical role, and while it is not direct AI development (although we have some ML work), it is development work with AI-driven development tools (and teaching that to the rest of the org)Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related fieldExperience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleExperience with blockchain technologies and/or self-custody walletsProven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in a fintech or financial services environmentStrong expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworksProficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Python, Java, or C++Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and big data technologiesExcellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:Continued education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related fieldExperience in fraud detection, risk assessment, or financial forecasting using AIKnowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in financeFamiliarity with regulatory compliance in the financial sectorContributions to open-source AI projectsCultural Fit:The ideal candidate will embody Bancolis values:Sense of Urgency: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovationCustomer Obsession: Focus on developing AI solutions that directly benefit our customers and improve their financial experiencesPride in Craftsmanship: Strive for excellence in all aspects of AI development and implementationAt Bancoli, we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where the best ideas flourish.
