***** Software Engineer with ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance***** Richardson, TX 75082RATE ***** $70/hr - $99/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract)***** 12+ months Contract or Contract to Hire***** Active Top Secret/SCINo C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIREDRESPONSIBILITIES• Opportunity to use your understanding of software principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering (including software development lifecycle and software development process), design patterns, and Object Oriented architecture.• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code• Demonstrate your critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well while supporting other program developers and stakeholders.• Obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs.REQUIREMENTS• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.• Software development experience using Java.• Experience with Agile or DevSecOps toolsets (e.g. Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, etc.).• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies.• A U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.• Experience with Agile development methodologies.• Experience with DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.• Experience with building automated tests.EDUCATION REQUIREDBachelor Degree Required?
