In this role, you will play a critical part in the sales process by providing technical expertise, creating system designs, and ensuring our clients receive tailored security solutions that meet their specific needs. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and project management teams to deliver comprehensive security solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical support during the pre-sales process. Design and develop customized low voltage Video Security and Access Control systems based on client specifications and industry standards. Prepare detailed proposals, including system layout, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate and complete system designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Video Security and Access Control technologies.Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and industry partners. Qualifications:Minimum 3 years experience in design and implementing Video Security and Access Control systems. Strong understanding of Security system components, including cameras, access control panels, intrusion detection, and related software. Proficiency in using design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, or similar software. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
