Contribute to the architecture, design, and integration of embedded systems for aviation productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams within Engineering and Product Management to assist in defining system requirements and specifications for new features and productsAssist in developing system models, prototypes, and documentation to support design and implementationEnsure compliance with aviation industry standards, including safety and reliability regulationsParticipate in evaluating and selecting hardware and software components for system designSupport system testing, validation, and troubleshooting processesStay updated on emerging technologies and trends in embedded systems and aviationWhat are the minimum qualifications?Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field10-25 years of total experience5-7 years of experience in System Engineer or Systems Architect roles for embedded productsRegulated embedded product industry experience such as Aviation (preferred), Medical Devices, Aerospace/Defense, etc.Proficiency in embedded system design, including hardware-software integration.Understanding of system-level requirements, architecture design, and implementationFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations for aviation systems is a plusStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in technical teams***** Dallas, TX, 100% onsite***** Will assist***** U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident***** 150k - 175k + Bonus & 401k (4% match)
