***** Materials Planning Administrator***** Mebane, NC** $55k to $65k/year (depending on experience)** 5+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or warehouse operations.** High school diploma or GED required.** Full-time; Contract** Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pmGreene Resources is seeking a Materials Planning Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team!Job *Track inventory and ensure 100% material availability.Place purchase orders (POs) and manage procurement of miscellaneous materials.Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.Maintain accurate SAP data, including supplier lead times, safety stock levels, and BOMs.Oversee inbound packaging inspections for film, corrugated materials, and rigid plastics.Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve flagged SAP issues.Monitor overdue/incomplete POs and coordinate with Material and Production Planners.Manage international shipment records and register outbound shipments with the USDA.Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards.Serve as the local SAP master data owner, ensuring accurate and consistent system records.Position ****Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) in a manufacturing environment.Experience in the food or CPG industry is a plus.Strong knowledge of MRP planning, inventory control, and warehouse fundamentals.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros preferred).Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.English proficiency required; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.Greene Resources does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
