Our client, a prominent venture capital firm, is looking for a workplace Coordinator to support their Menlo Park office. In this role, you will provide essential front desk and front office management support, ensuring smooth operations across various office functions, including conference room scheduling, kitchen management, office equipment, and mail handling.Salary: $70K + Generous Bonus and BenefitsKey Responsibilities:Greet and direct visitors, employees, and clients, acting as the main point of contact at the front deskManage conference room scheduling and ensure rooms are set up for meetingsOversee office and kitchen supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and organizedHandle incoming mail, packages, and correspondence, ensuring timely distributionEnsure all office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance or repairs as neededAssist with organizing team lunches, events, and other office activitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and the front deskSupport additional office-related tasks as neededQualifications:Some experience in hospitality, office coordination, or a similar administrative roleStrong computer skills and proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office)Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detailPositive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office environmentPrior experience in a startup or professional services environment is a plusYou can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
