Specific responsibilities include:Assist in development and implementation of project management software including preparation of training resources and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program workflows.Administer construction & project management software.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.Maintain accurate documentation, records and reports related to program activities.Handle program-related inquiries and provide administrative support to team members as needed. Create and maintain various tracking sheets to aid in reporting.Assist in implementation of current technology goals and procedures.Proactively resolve challenges and bottlenecks in program execution.Requirements: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and multitasking skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to process work quickly and accurately with changing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams.Computer proficiency in MS Office SuiteProficiency in Asana, Bluebeam Revu, and Autodesk Build strongly preferredFamiliarity with data analysis and reporting tools Benefits:Base salary and discretionary annual bonus competitive with industry standards Health and dental insurance paid fully at the employee level by employer 401(k) planPaid holidays and vacation time
