Their core values"”Balance | Growth | Authenticity | Conviction | Stewardship"”shape everything they do.What You'll DoAs an Administrative Professional, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisors, ensuring seamless processes, and maintaining excellent client service. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively will enable the firm to continue delivering exceptional financial guidance.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all applications are reviewed for accuracy and completeness within 24 hours of receipt.Communicate promptly and professionally with advisors regarding incomplete or incorrect submissions.Provide timely updates on business processing and application status.Enter application data accurately and manage file preparation for various financial products.Maintain real-time updates in the Client Management System throughout underwriting and processing.Scan and submit all required documents within 24 hours of request.Assemble policies efficiently, whether received by mail or electronically.Follow up daily on all pending applications and submissions that are not in good order.Coordinate with underwriters, case managers, and processors to ensure accurate and timely business processing.Train new advisors on business submission tools and stay updated on current technology systems.Ensure insurance policies are reported in a timely manner and investment funds are settled accurately.Provide general administrative support as needed.Who You AreYou are a service-minded administrative professional who takes pride in delivering professional and timely support.
