Position SummaryThe NBOME is seeking a Program Management Assistant with administrative experience to support the interactions between members of NBOMEs strategic partner relationship team with an objective of improving test-taker satisfaction with the delivery of the COMLEX-USA and COMSAE examinations. This role supports the identification and review of special circumstance and adverse testing condition (SCATC) cases under the direction of the management team and ensures the smooth functioning and continual quality improvement of the SCATCs process supporting the activities of the SCATCs committees. ResponsibilitiesProvide support to SCATCs process, as required.Initiate SCATCs cases under the direction of the manager or senior management team. Collect and review materials related to the cases and complete the reports. Work closely with the strategic suppliers and NBOME internal teams in obtaining materials. Ensure the smooth functioning and continual quality improvement of the SCATCs process.Support the weekly SCATCs workgroup and review teams by gathering/preparing documents.Support the interactions between members of NBOMEs strategic partner relationship team with an objective of improving test-taker satisfaction with the delivery of the COMLEX-USA.Generate reports for third party organizations administering COMSAE.Attend and collect notes for the bi-weekly or monthly inter/intra-organizational meetings and bi-annual business reviews (BBRs) with each strategic supplier.Support of the Program Manager, including preparing reports.Assist in the creation of meeting agendas and presentations, respond to phone calls, emails and other communications.Provide support to the administrative team for onsite meetings and other departmental activities.Qualifications College preferredMinimum of 2 years of administrative experience requiredIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)Experience with data analysis and visualizationStrong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, service orientation and a positive attitudeProblem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and works well under pressure
