Keep reading to find out more!What's in it for **1st shift opportunityCompetitive salary at $90,000/yearlyDirect Hire position - youll be hired on directly with our client!Growth and advancementAmazing benefit package once hired in permanentlyMedical, Dental and Vision401KPaid vacationWhat your day will look *Evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance production efficiency and consistency.Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other relevant data, providing management with comprehensive reports that highlight key statistics and insights to better understand future manufacturing needs.Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with company standards and adhere to applicable government regulations and laws.Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs, while assessing production schedules and future requirements to support managements decision-making.Plan and optimize workflow, equipment layout, and space utilization to increase manufacturing efficiency.Oversee equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring adherence to manufacturers guidelines to keep production equipment in optimal working condition.Collaborate with production teams to offer input on manufacturability, setup procedures, labor hours, and the use of specialized tooling.Ensure strict compliance with all Quality Policy standards and requirements.What we are looking ****2+ years' experience as a Manufacturing EngineerSkilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a solid understanding of GD&T.Proficient in computer software, including 3D modeling tools and Microsoft Office.Familiar with MRP/ERP systems and their integration for managing product and process changes.Familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 processes
