Quality Control Associate

This role is a key position within our global Quality Assurance team and will be responsible for performing on-site quality activities. If you are a personable and proactive Quality professional with experience in clinical trial packaging and labelling, pharma manufacturing or pharma distribution, we would like to hear from you. What you will ***** Release incoming goodsPerform in-process and finished good quality inspectionsInitiate Quality Management System documentation (i.e. Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, etc.)Review batch records pre- and post-executionPerform periodic quality walkthrough inspections to verify compliance with SOPsParticipate in process improvement initiativesManage all controlled GMP documentation and document archivesAssist with supplier and customer verification/qualification and approvalProvide support for customer and regulatory inspectionsReview daily/weekly checks (e.g., temperature, sanitation, etc.) and facility maintenance reportsAssist with facility qualification activitiesYour qualifications, skills and experience **2 or more years in a QA or QC role, clinical trial packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturing/distributionWorking knowledge of Good Manufacturing PracticesA degree or diploma from a recognized college or universityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritizeTeam player who works well with othersA commitment to providing excellent internal and external customer serviceNo matter your role at RxSource, successful team members **Patient Champions, who put patients first and uphold strict ethical standardsAchievers, who drive toward practical solutionsIndividuals Who Inspire Excellence in themselves and those around themHigh-quality and accountable executors, working towards goals and milestones with quality, precision, and speed
