Survey Manager

**Lead and manage a team while fostering strong client relationships.Work as part of a survey team to meet project deadlines, fulfill client requests (both internal and external), and ensure production standards are met.Oversee and coordinate external survey subcontractors.Apply QA/QC processes to ensure the quality of final survey deliverables.Develop fee structures, draft, and review project proposals.Ensure all activities comply with company safety protocols.Maintain regular communication with team members and project managers to keep projects on track and meet client expectations.**Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Indiana registration required).5-10 years of surveying experience.Interest in acquiring licensure in additional states.Ability to solve complex problems effectively.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
