Position *****As a Senior RF Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and optimization of RF systems for a variety of applications. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of wireless technologies, from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RF design, system performance analysis, and troubleshooting, with a strong foundation in RF theory and real-world application.Responsibilities• Design, develop, and optimize RF circuits and systems, including amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and antennas.• Perform RF performance analysis and simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST).• Conduct measurements and testing on RF prototypes, ensuring they meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.• Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to integrate RF components into larger systems.• Develop and implement RF test plans, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions.• Contribute to the development of new technologies and techniques in RF design and optimization.• Mentor and guide junior engineers in RF principles, troubleshooting, and design best practices.• Document design processes, test results, and ensure compliance with industry standards.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Physics, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on RF circuit design, testing, and system optimization.• Strong knowledge of RF design tools (ADS, CST, HFSS, MATLAB, etc.) and measurement equipment (vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.).• Experience with RF components and systems such as amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters, and antennas.• Proficient in RF simulation and modeling techniques.• Strong understanding of wireless communication standards (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).• Hands-on experience with RF testing and troubleshooting in both lab and field environments.• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.Preferred Qualifications• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.• Hands-on experience in RF power amplifier design and development• Familiarity with thermal management techniques in high-power RF circuits.• Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and its application to RF systems.• Experience with RF systems in automotive, aerospace, or IoT applications.
