This role involves managing projects from concept to completion while contributing to staff development, firm marketing, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with department leadership to develop and guide project designs from inception to completion.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.Oversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Lead project teams to meet technical, functional, and quality expectations.Present and explain project designs in internal and external meetings with confidence.Coordinate with teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.Manage design changes, proposals, and approvals effectively.Successfully oversee multiple fit-out/renovation projects and/or large-scale complex projects.Qualifications8-14 years of engineering experience.Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proficiency in design calculations and software tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).Strong project management and leadership skills.Comprehensive understanding of trade-specific scopes, codes, and inter-trade coordination.Familiarity with documentation requirements for different project phases (SD, DD, CD, specifications).What We OfferWe recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
