WEBB is currently seeking Senior Engineers to join both our Land Development Engineering Department and Traffic & Transportation Department. These positions offer a hybrid work schedule, requiring only one day in office! We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding their expertise in their discipline.Associates at WEBB play an active role in the firms pursuit of excellence by not only performing at the top of their game in their respective roles but also contributing to the firm's overall business development goals.ResponsibilitiesFor Land Development **Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects.Apply knowledge and expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Effectively communicate with agencies and clients.Adhere to firm-wide policies and procedures related to project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance/control, and business development.Research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures.Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate strong organization, project management skills, and attention to detail.Lead by example by meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals.Successfully integrate staff and foster team building at multiple levels of management.For Traffic & Transportation **Lead and manage transportation projects, including traffic impact studies, circulation planning, and roadway design.Perform technical analysis related to traffic operations, signal timing, and transportation planning.Provide quality assurance and control for deliverables, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with public agencies, developers, and clients to develop transportation solutions.Oversee staff development and mentorship within the department.Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.RequirementsBachelor of Science in Civil EngineeringPE license (California required)Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (for Land Development) or traffic engineering software such as Synchro, HCS, and VISSIM (for Traffic & Transportation)Strong technical, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently on multiple concurrent projects and participate in the entire design processExperience supervising employees and working in a team environmentKnowledge of public agency standards and guidelinesUnderstanding of plans, reports, and studies required for land development or transportation projectsTechnical proficiency in all aspects of land development or transportation engineeringIf you're a motivated professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!
