PE Senior Electrical Engineer

COGS has partnered with a very successful Engineering Services company in Dallas and after 50 years of continued success are looking to expand their MEP division.These projects are in full flow and the priority has now turned onto bring in a highly experienced PE Licensed Electrical Engineer to come in as an leadership type figure to control quality standards across the projects.Salary for this position is up to 150K + Bonuses.Our client is searching for someone with extensive commercial experience alongside the ability to build strong relationships, manage contractors and ensure high standards are maintained through the building phase of this project.This position has a very high level of autonomy. Alongside this, the booming Dallas construction market has meant COGS client has a backlog of work, and hence strong job security and work like balance in this position.Summary of desired *****7+ years experience as an Engineer EngineerBachelors in Electrical Engineering or similar fieldStrong communication & negotiation skills with contractorsIdentifying issues within across projects and providing adviceCommercial Project ExperienceProficient in managing design and coordination from project initiation to completion.
