Senior Electrical Estimator - Data Center Projects My client is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator in the Manassas / Washington DC AreaThe company is working on large chip facilities and data center projects (500 million worth of data center contracts).If you are tired of micromanagement on projects and Job Description **- Develop budgets, cost codes, and technical proposals.- Prepare bid estimates and design/build proposals.- Present project scopes to customers.- Manage project operations and schedules.- Ensure compliance with project requirements.- Perform take-offs, price change orders, and manage change orders.- Use MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other project management software.- Read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.- Identify cost-saving methods and value-added solutions.- 3+ years with a masters degree, 5+ years with a B.S., 8+ years with an associate degree, or 10+ years with a high school diploma/GED.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.- ** Local candidates, MS Project, P6, Accubid, LEED certification, DBIA, Journeyman Electrician License, FE/EIT License.If you are interested, apply with your resumé - or contact Alexander Lyke directly on Linkedin, or ***** (202)-640-4125
