Cloud Pipeline Engineer-CISSP or CCSP

"**** If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location. Three days a week onsite, Tues, Wed, Thurs, with Monday and Friday being remote"Cloud Pipeline Engineerwith CISSP or CCSP or other Security certifications for Austin, TX for a 12-month Contract with possible extensions.**Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines that integrate security tools and practices.Work with cloud platforms (like AWS or Google Cloud) to implement security best practices and controls.Automate security testing tools and processes (e.g., SAST, DAST).Utilize cloud security monitoring tools to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.Work with development, operations, and security teams to promote security best practices and training.Assist in developing and maintaining incident response protocols within CI/CD practices.Required *CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) AWS Certified Security, or other certified security certs - required. 5+ years' experience with AWS or Google Cloud PlatformStrong understanding of security services (IAM, encryption, security groups, etc.).Previous experience in DevSecOps.Proficient in Python for scripting and automation.CI/CD **** experience with Jenkins.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform for deploying infrastructure securely.Experience with security tools for vulnerability scanning, compliance, and penetration testing.Understanding of network security concepts and protocols.A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related fields.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Security, or other certified security certs - required.
