IT Test Analyst - Inventory & Order Management Systems** Hybrid - Columbus, OH 43230 February 24, 2025 - June 30, 2025 $45-$55/hour (depending on experience)Russell Tobin is supporting a premier global retailer in their search for an IT Test Analyst to join their Quality Assurance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact technology projects within a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in testing and ensuring the seamless functionality of critical applications, including inventory management systems and order management solutions.Participate in functional and technical design reviews to gain a deep understanding of business processes and technology architectures.Develop, modify, and execute test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements.Ensure test data is properly defined and available in the test environment.Execute test cases and document results, including proof of testing.Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with teams for timely resolution.Provide regular progress updates to test leads and QA management.Work cross-functionally in an onshore/offshore model to support testing activities.Drive issue resolution and ensure timely completion of assignments based on priority.***Retail experience preferred.Hands-on experience testing inventory management systems, including all inbound and outbound interfaces.Experience working on Order Management Systems (OMS) is preferred.Familiarity with Manhattan Active Omni is a plus.Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative).Experience working with multiple teams and cross-functional resources in an onshore/offshore setup.Proficiency in HP ALM, JIRA, or similar test and defect management tools.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Ability to document processes clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.A commitment to delivering high-quality testing solutions that meet business needs.If youre a detail-oriented IT Test Analyst with a passion for quality assurance in a dynamic retail environment, we encourage you to apply!Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
